The Ford EcoSport was a late arrival in the small Crossover class but it brings the segment something different in a cute but rugged package that target buyers will probably like. There’s no reason why the EcoSport shouldn’t continue to do pretty well for Ford in the small SUV segment. Ride and refinement are reasonable and this little Crossover is very well equipped across the board, its SYNC connectivity AppLink system being particularly good. All these reasons will combine with the small Crossover segment’s current popularity to ensure that Ford will probably sell as many of these as they can import.
